SHIPPING POLICY

Portrait Studio Clients

If you are here looking at the shipping policy you are probably coming up on PCS time and are stressed out about your portrait session or booking because of it. 

Don't worry though we will ship to your next location and even hold your portrait order until you arrive and get a solid shipping address. 

At booking or at your in person sales consultation please inform us that you will be moving soon. In some cases we can have your order back before you leave but in case we cannot we can always ship. 

We never charge you an outrageous shipping cost either. We calculate based on the zip code and always include insurance and signature required mailing. 

If your piece has no arrived by the estimated time please send an email and we will go over the tracking information together.  Damaged pieces caused by the carrier only will have to have an insurance claim to be replaced.

PhotoART Market Customers (For Photographers)

No product is ever shipped.  These items are digital downloads only. 

If you have had an issue with your digital download or you accidentally clicked off the check out page after purchase and didn't get your link (or were ordering on your phone). Please email and allow up to 24-48 hours to respond. Often time this is much quicker but we like to leave a little buffer just in case. 

Fine Art Print Customers

First thank you so much for purchasing a piece of art work for your home through us. 

Your shipping rates were calculated at checkout based on the zip code you entered. 

There are NO or Exchanges available for Fine Art Print Customers. Many of these pieces require a certificate of authenticity which are put in the name that you order under.   All orders are tracked, signature required and insured.

Return & Exchange Policy

Portrait Studio Clients

Together before you leave the studio we will review your order. Once the products leave the studio no exchanges can be made. Exchanges can ONLY be made in the event of a damaged or incorrect print or product.  

PhotoART Market and Fine Art Print Customers

Once your order has been placed no refunds or exchange. 

All Sales are Final.
